Japan Health Care System
1. Controlled by Japan government. 70% fee paid by government.
2. Same price for same diagnosis, universally.
3. Low price for medicine, practice fee, and medical equipment price, which is controlled by government.
4. Competition among medicine company and medical equipment makers.

Why Japan is able to build the system?
1. Small gap between rich and poor.
2. Japanese tend to obey the rules and behave the same.
3. Good relationship between Japan Medical Association and Liberal Democratic Party.
4. Relatively small country.
5. Government covers the deficit.
